have never had such a bad experience at dutch before. first i was told i had a $13 gift card on my account. then when trying to apply was told it wasn’t working and couldn’t read our card. when we pulled up to the window we tried paying again, the tall deep voice worker blamed us saying it declined so we tried another card. both cards went through so we double paid for our order. then the deep voice guy had to get the manager to refund, who claimed she couldn’t process the refund and gave us a gift card. please explain why y... read more

Absolutely love this location! Nicole was super sweet and was more than happy to chit chat and had a very lovely conversation while waiting for my coffee! Absolutely will be back, highly recommend- coffee tastes fantastic too, sippin it while writing this
