I had an amazing experience at this Dutch Bros! I accidentally ordered two drinks at the wrong store, so when I showed up here and they couldn’t find my order, I realized my mistake. I thought I’d either have to cancel or drive out of my way to the other location. But the barista, who introduced herself as Soda Pop, completely blew me away with her kindness. (Bulverde and 1604) I tipped on the app since it was a mobile order but when I got to the window they had a sign that said “tip for a surprise” since I was having such a good day I decided why not. Threw an extra 5 into the tip jar, expecting a sticker or something. The girl looked at me with confusion I asked so what’s the surprised then? she just awkwardly laughed then looked at the sign and still said nothing so I asked for a sticker and she said they were out.
