Disappointed with inconsistent promotions & customer service My husband was excited for the Dutch Bros promos -the coasters and the spooky sticker were the whole reason we went. On the day they were giving out coasters, he ordered two coffees (which qualified), but the big bearded guy working the window didn’t offer him any even though there was a stack right there. I LOVE Dutch Bros (Sorry, Starbucks)! All their blended coffee freezes are rich & super flavorful, and their iced teas and blended lemonaded come in a huge variety of flavors that are all perfectly sweet, clear, and crisp without being the least bit syrupy. They're truly the most refreshing, thirst-quenching drinks I've EVER had! The service is consistently fast, friendly and just top notch across the board. I've never been disappointed at any location!
