Such a terrible way to start my morning. I order a drink in the app with LIGHT ICE. When I got to the drive-through, I noticed my order was being made and the cup was 3/4 full of ice. I don’t consider this LIGHT ice. The person at the window tried to lecture me when I asked him to remove ice. He wanted to debate at 6:40. I just drove off than rather deal with terrible customer service. I am out money now and I had added a tip. I won’t be going to this location again. What a terrible situation

Don't use the app, apparently when you go you still have to wait in line, even though it says "skip the line". I told the girls taking orders and was given several excuses including people in line have priority.
Great drinks. Better than Starbucks.
