Been going here past year and last 3 months quality and consistency of drinks have gone down hill. I get a different tasting drink for the same thing I’ve been ordering. Some new items on menu they act confused as if these menu items don’t exist. Customer service is still decent. Tried a different drink to see if quality would improve. ..it did not. Honestly, the girl that helped us at the walk up window was one of the most cold, unwelcoming people I have ever met at a coffee shop. She didnt look at any of us three once, just started at her pad and rambled off our order. There was one car in the drive thru and no one at the walk-up, but she seemed completely inconvenienced by our presence.
This location was very efficient. There were several people in the line. A very nice person walked up to our orders and we paid. We drove up to the counter and all 3 drinks were ready and we were out in a flash. Great job...
Shout out to Nolan!!! Consistently makes the Best SF Hopscotch!!! Also this location has the best customer service and the best drinks!! Thank you DB!
