I have been to this location at least 6 different times now and every time I have gone my order is messed up in some way. I have ordered on the app at the window and every time something has been made wrong. Since this has now become a pattern I will choose the further driver to another location that can get my order correct.
If I could give it a 0, I would. My drinks look terrible. They look like they are going bad. I ordered 2 strawberry coladas, they had very little strawberry. A pretty in pink, they gave me no sprinkles (second time). A dulce de leche, they gave it to me with no caramel topping. They should also give discounts for missing items. Time to head back to Starbucks. OR try the new coffee place down the street from them (new Orleans coffe).
Always great. People are always friendly. Love this place.
My daughter ordered online before we got there. We ordered three items when we got up to the drive-through. I told her I have an online order and she rudely said next time can you put it through drive-through you submitted it saying you were gonna come up to the window. She was very rude. We will never come back there again.
