The service at this location is the worst I’ve ever received at a Dutch. My sister drove through the drive thru to order for herself. There was a long line, so to attempt to simplify things - I placed an app order to pay for my own drink and my daughter’s. We get to the window and I see my drink ready, but the woman at the window starts saying due to the app order ETA, we would need to park and walk up to the window. I wanna give a shout out to my dutch bros employees. I wanna say thank you for your service and thank you for your kindness. Especially in those early Morning. Morning coffees are the best.
The drinks are always good the people working are always nice and high spirit.
Manager Matthew is a complete gem. I have had the roughest week with my husband being given 2 months to live. I actually cried in the drive thru…. Talk about embarrassing. But as I went to redeem my free drink, he declined and offered one on the house. I’m covered in adult poop and vomit residue but this drink is giving me life. I love Dutch employees
