Nobody to take orders, line not managed , drinks offered online were discontinued.
I came here with a friend today, and the girl taking our order, Marely, was so kind and funny! She made us laugh and had great conversations with us while we were ordering. Her positive attitude made our visit even better. I highly recommend this location. Marely made this a wonderful experience and truly made our day. We will definitely be coming back!
This is the worst Dutch Bros location. You can literally wait in line for 10–15 minutes or more. When you place an order online, it’s never ready when you arrive. I’ve been waiting in line for over 15 minutes right now, and it’s getting ridiculous. It seems very disorganized. There are a lot of young employees working here, and it often feels like they’re treating the job more like a game than focusing on customer service.
