Drive thru worker added a tip on my card without my authorization.
Dutch Bros customer service has always been outstanding until I came to this location! Alexis the “manager” is absolutely terrible and should not be in management. I went through the drive thru and gave Alexis my order, I told her blended decaf 2-3 times. She still put the order in wrong. When I got to the window I told them and instead of saying oh I’m so sorry for this mistake here is your correct drink, Alexis sat and argued with me on why they had to credit my card for the wrong drink and recharge me for the correct one.... read more
Stuck sitting behind car at the window for 20 minutes while they changed order multiple times.
The drive thru at this Dutch Bros consistently takes 30 minutes or more, even with only a few cars in line. Employees spend way too long chatting while taking orders, and the line barely moves. I appreciate friendly service, but there needs to be a balance between conversation and keeping things moving. A quick stop for a drink shouldn’t take half an hour every time.
