I want to first relay some information which will provide clarity for later. I had gone to a Starbucks location will remain nameless. I have gone there for many years. My husband and I come here almost every day or every other day, but the wait times are consistently long. It usually takes 15–20 minutes for two drinks, and 30 minutes or more if there’s a line. Today, I had exactly 20 minutes before picking up my son, and it took the full 20 minutes to make two drinks. I’ve also noticed employees spending time chatting while customers are waiting. The drinks are great, but the service could definitely be more efficient.
