I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they really make you feel taken care of. On my very first visit they even gave me a free coffee just for trying them out, which I thought was awesome. Since then, I’ve tried the Annihilator, the Kicker, and the Double Torture. All were really good, but the Double Torture is definitely my favorite! Great service, amazing staff, and solid coffee, I’ll definitely be back.
I normally love Dutch Bros., but I’m sorry to say this was not the Dutch experience we are used to. Waited 22 minutes in a long car line to discover it was the staff person at the window chatting with customers while the 10 cars in line were waiting. (As witnessed by the cars immediately in front of us. Not large orders.) I love great, friendly service, but would really appreciate the line management and efficiency that we experience at all other Dutch Bros as well.
Bekah was the gal in the drive through taking my order and her presence was so bubbly and enlightening! She was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable of the Dutch Bros products! 10/10 service and I look forward to seeing her again at Dutch bros!!!
