I have came to this location several times and ordered a sweater weather chai and never had any issues . It always tasted the same and came with the soft top and chai powder on the top . TODAY 9/11 I come and I order the same thing and the person who took my order didn’t know what I was talking about so she asked someone else and they said oh that’s the white chocolate drink (no one has EVER had an issue locating the drink I had asked for prior) . Desappointed with the qualitiy of my americano it tasted off. Probably the milk in it was the cause. The response from the management was for me to contact the corporate office to discuss the lousy medium size americano I got ??. My personal culture is telling me to get my traditional coffee from some urban coffee shop where I will have access to a conversation person to person with a sensible human being with moral authority to apologize for the inconvenience and to replace my americano for an excellent fresh one born from ... read more
Ordered a large rebel for my birthday drink, Waited a good minute to receive it and once I got it and drove off by the time i was almost home I noticed a big gash in my cup and it was spilling everywhere all over me and my car, the barista was manhandling the drink while making it so I am not surprised.
Waited in line for almost 15 minutes… then when we get to the front they wouldn’t serve us because it was 10:02. Seriously disappointing and I won’t be coming back.
