We have been a Dutch family for years. We even have family who work at a different location. This location has been my least favorite of the three in Oregon City for a long time. Today, I went here to get a kid’s smoothie for my child. We approached coming down Molalla, I saw that the lines were full and starting to block traffic on Molalla and pulled around to the drive through line that runs through the parking lot. Just left the drive through and I’m shocked by the way I spoken to by Aidan. She was extremely condescending when I asked to verify that the flavors being used were sugar free. As a t1 diabetic you can imagine that mistakes are easily made especially when adding numerous add ons to a coffee order. She also told me there was no way to order the banana bread cold Brew sugar free. Now, I’m no barista but I can guarantee any other location would have gotten real creative and made it happen.
