Just left the drive through and I’m shocked by the way I spoken to by Aidan. She was extremely condescending when I asked to verify that the flavors being used were sugar free. As a t1 diabetic you can imagine that mistakes are easily made especially when adding numerous add ons to a coffee order. She also told me there was no way to order the banana bread cold Brew sugar free. Now, I’m no barista but I can guarantee any other location would have gotten real creative and made it happen.
