They are a little slow but always super friendly
Over the multiple times that we have been to this establishment we did not receive everything we ordered or we received the items but they weren’t edible. First, we received two sandwiches completely burnt and couldn't go back to ask for new ones because we picked it up on the way to work. Second, we were handed our items without a sandwich, again we were on the way to work and were not able to go back. I went there today because I always came here with my spirit sister and she just passed and the girl who took my order didn’t know that and just saw me crying and not only made my drinks free but gave me a gift card, her name is Lily and seriously she is the best customer service I’ve ever had and I think she deserves to be paid $100 an hour
