Very long line that moved slow. Get up to where there was one person ahead of us. They get there drink. We hear a bunch of screens then one worker comes out and hugs someone in the passenger seat and talks with them for 5 minutes while holding up the line. As we wait they bring out the orders to the two cars behind us! Terrible service. Never returning here.
Absolutely horrible experience here overall! Visited on October 4 and they lost my order TWICE, I was here for about 45 minutes waiting for my coffee that I had already paid for. I asked for a refund to just get out of there and was refused because I didn’t have the app. We used to like Dutch Bros but will now never be returning to this location at least.
The girls working today were so upbeat , helpful and polite. Excellent customer service 🤘
I usually enjoy Dutch Bros, but my visit on Sept. 23 was really disappointing. When picking up my online order, the staff shouted my name repeatedly and sarcastically said “she’s so busy,” which felt more like heckling than friendly banter. Even the guy at the window looked embarrassed. My young kids were with me and asked if those girls even knew me — they were confused by the whole thing. I go here often, as this location is very convenient to my home. All the people working here are fabulous! Very friendly & upbeat, and Dutch Bros has my very favorite coffees. Starbucks who? Scooters who? Go here. Really. It's that yummy
