This Dutch Bros has gone way down hill. I don't know if they have hired all new staff and haven't been trained however I have been skipped in their zipper line. After being skipped I just ended up leaving. Another thing is how funny the little plastic bags they wear don't keep them dry.
The Dutch Bros on Western in Oklahoma City Oklahoma has one of the best crews ever awesome service always smiling and always very polite
Order not ready 20 minutes after it was said to be expected. Homeless man carrying a baseball bat swinging it around while I have to wait for a drink that's 20 minutes late.. employee stated she didn't care and to call the cops
