I stopped at Dutch Bros in Oklahoma because I’m a big fan of Dutch Bros coffee, but this location really disappointed me. I waited in line for quite a while, and when I finally got to the window, the poor barista was trembling — clearly overwhelmed and overworked. It’s obvious this location is understaffed, and it’s hurting both the employees and the customer experience. This is not the Dutch Bros standard I’ve come to know and love. Management really needs to take better care of their team and their customers!
Waited in drive thru line for 20 min...only saw the attendant take one order in that long line in 20 min and only moved 2 spaces forward ..left before I could even order as I had somewhere to be
I didn’t get the girls name that was working outside this morning 10/24/25 however, I want to say an absolute huge thank you to that girl she was absolutely amazing. One star day. 20 minutes in line for the wrong drink One of my faves but it's starting to take waaaaay too long. Gonna make me start going back nostarbucks!
