Toriana was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She made my visit enjoyable. The coffee was delicious, and the outstanding customer service made the experience even better. Toriana truly goes above and beyond. Thank you for making my day!
My only complaint is the wait time and no ordering ahead. I would love to be able to stop on the way to work! Update: ordering ahead is now available, but sometimes they wait to make the drinks until after you "check in" which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. On multiple occasions, have ordered ahead, waited until my time to pick up, and then waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes more... once almost an hour... when it would have been quicker for me to walk or drive up and order.
Slowest coffee place I'veever been to. Order takers have zero common sense when it comes to length of time in line.
