This is a great place to stop for coffee. The problem is the entrance is weird. I circled the drive-through because the entrances were shut off. They no longer use cards for points. You have to use the app. They have great customer service and the coffee is excellent!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered my drinks ahead at 10:15AM with an expected pick up at 10:30a.m. When we got there at 10:40, the staff informed my boyfriend that it hadn't been made yet. My boyfriend proceeded to wait until 11:30 and then informed the staff that he was still waiting. The staff members insisted that the drinks were coming out but 10 minutes later there was still nothing. At that point I came up to the window and complained that we had been there over an hour. Maybe understaffed tonight or something but had only two people in line, including myself, took 20 minutes to get to the window, the person in front of me had three iced drinks only. When we got to order our drinks, they were well below full. I only rated 3 and not lower in hopes of just a bad night. Needs improvement. The girl at the window was kind and engaging ❤️
