I visited this location this morning (which I do on a weekly basis) & I was very disappointed in the customer service & lack of urgency that I received. While I'm used to my order not being ready at the pick up time & having to wait even when an order is placed 10-15 minutes ahead, this morning it was clear to me from outside the walk-up window that my order was ready & sitting on the counter. Absolutely loved my experience at this Dutch bros! Sarah is always so friendly and is genuinely one of the most amazing people I’ve met throughout going to various Dutch bros around OKC! Staff always go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face helping customers in any way they can!
My go to is The Nitro cold brew with heavy cream if available or 1/2 and 1/2 with Sugar free caramel!!
Dutch Bros is my #1 go to place for the best coffee in town! You get more for your money. And it taste twice as good as any of its competitors.
