The service was good. The coffee is subpar and the cream used tasted out of date at. The food tasted stale and generic. The prices are out of this world insane. Rap music was blasting in the parking lot with vulgar lyrics. Ultimately I don't understand how this is now the standard for mainstream franchise coffee shops.
