Went in for two drinks, a Mangonada and a build your own with coconut and real strawberries. The girl with the half fallen eyelashes did the drink wrong and put strawberries on both of them so when I asked her, she gave me attitude. She’s glad I wasn’t in the mood to argue today, so I just told her to have a great day and I left.
It’s not the first time I’ve bought the white chocolate mocha and had it taste like chocolate, only to ask them to remake it and have it taste like nothing but water.
Horrible customers service very rude when they where asked to fix what they messed up.
So many employees but yet little to no quality services are being provided.. waited half a hour for a coffee that wasn’t even what i ordered! (Then played me for stoopid saying “would you like to wait for another one..” knowing I waiting as long as I did for the one they messed up..) I couldn’t leave because I was trapped by the amount congestion caused by there lack of work ethic they provide! Do better Dutch Bros .. yall have so much potential that’s being wasted away.
I don’t get how they do there lines I’ve got skipped twice this week so I just left never going back
