I love coming to Dutch Bros!! First time my boyfriend and I came to this location and everyone was friendly. Especially the girl outside. She was super sweet and helpful. My bf was indecisive on what to get and she gave us options, all while having a smile on her face. Too bad I didn’t get her name but she has short short curly hair! Keep doing what you’re doing!
Always a friendly smile when I get my coffee, even though I don’t go often to this location, they remember my name and go to order. Fast and efficient service.
Absolutely pathetic service at Dutch Bros Coffee. Employees standing around doing absolutely nothing while customers are left waiting like idiots. Nobody greets you, nobody takes your order, nobody explains anything — they just stare around acting completely useless. I wasted my time standing there for nothing and eventually had to leave without even ordering. This place is all hype and zero professionalism. If they can’t handle basic customer service when it’s not even busy, that says everything.”
Love Dutch Brothers not only for the incredible coffee but the great service as well. Always treated kindly and in a timely manner! And today I got a free muffin! Who can beat that? Certainly not Starbucks or Dunkin! Thank you!
