I always order through the app & just drive up and my order is ready by the time I’m there. Fast paced and friendly, drinks done just right how ordered. Golden eagle my fave drink
This is the Dutch Bros closest to me and they do not disappoint! They have the friendliest staff and great vibes. Do not be intimidated by their line as they are just that popular- For busy mornings on-the-go they offer mobile ordering ahead at the walk up window. Super bad service waited 20 plus minute for a drink.This morning. Most definitely will not be returning
They were ignoring and weren’t even acknowledging I was standing at the window and I had ordered 20 minutes before going to Dutch Bros and I got there and had to wait 20 more minutes. I go because I love Dutch bros but not acknowledging me and leaving me at the window for more than 15 minutes and still not having my order done is ridiculous.
I’ve tried this location time and time again hoping it gets better as it’s so close to my house and on the way to work but 1.Dont come here if you’re not prepared to wait 20 mins at min.The system they have here does not run smoothly like other locations.busy or not busy something is always taking forever and the flavor is always water down.Today was the last straw as I water 15 mins outside then ran to Sally’s to pick something up came back and then finally it was ready for one h2o drink.
