I am truly sorry everyone is having a bad day this morning. I get the weather changed and you don't want to be outside taking orders, but you need to have a little patience with your customers when we are using YOUR app to redeem our free drink and not make us feel stupid cause we don't use it enough to know to push the 5 different buttons. I regularly get coffee from all Dutch bros in town and I have a great experience, however I think all 4 times I have stopped by this particular Dutch in the last 6 months the drinks seemed to be made poorly or just incorrect. 2 times after getting a small Gold eagle almost a quarter of the cup is filled with caramel syrup, which is usually not this much at other stores, so by the time I drive away I’m disappointed to know it’s far too sugary and sickening and I end up throwing away. I ordered my drink without Carmel and they still put it in. Not real good with special requests even on the app. They make everything standard.
