This Dutch Bros is THE WORST! The drinks always have a bad taste, the employees are not friendly, and they always run out of promotional merch so fast the employees must be selling it themselves or giving it to their friends. Going back to Starbucks.

I was trying to cancel my order but it won’t let me in the app and when I called to cancel it directed me to an automated voice message with no option to cancel! Totally useless service. Why have a call service at that point? I should be able to cancel my order.
