This is my least favorite location. Every time I go, there's always some sort of issue. If I go to the other location, I never have any issues.. I went this morning and I was told that if I wanted a full medium, not large cup, medium Nitro 911 Cold Brew, they would have to charge me extra to fill it all the way. I have never been told that before. I was always told they used the entire can and then fill it the rest of the way with whatever Creamer you want to top it off. Coffee is great. Last 3 visits they average over 5 minutes per car. So with only 4 cars in line it takes almost 30 minutes to get through. This place is run very poorly.
This shop is the BEST in the region!! I go every single day for a coffee but not just for the coffee also to see the employees. They are ALL super friendly and always make my day it's the absolute best way to start my day. So incredibly grateful and blessed to visit this shop every single day (sometimes twice a day) Keep up the GREAT work!! ☕ Hot Sugar free hopscotch protein latte for life!!
