I'm currently in town for work and ordered through the app. Unfortunately, I realized I had sent my order to a location in Oregon! Rose was so helpful and nice about still making my order when I explained what I did. Her customer service was excellent and my coffee tasted just as excellent as if I were back in Oregon!
