i waited in line for 30 mins , i pulled up to the window and supposedly you guys had no change , the guy who’s in control of the money literally said here we can’t take this and handle me my money back rudely ? your workers were very much not giving professional also aren’t you guys a big franchise there were so many people in line to where you should have change. i’m very disappointed in dutch bros you guys just lost a loyal customer.
I love all the Dutch Bros I hve gone to. The service is excellent & all the workers are very kind & helpful
Took about 25 minutes to get my drinks that I have preordered. They always get my order wrong or don’t add the extra toppings that I pay for on the app. One of the worst locations that I have been to
