The drive thru line divider is so unorganized and poorly designed. They want you to choose the lane with the shortest line but the employees taking the orders on the iPad do not go in the order of the car that arrived first.

20th st east Lancaster CA are incompetent I asked for the pic of strawberry colada and I received a mangoneada, your employee wearing grey tshirt refused to expedite my order when the mistake was their fault. Having to wait for order in 100 degrees is astonishing. I have a medical condition, I am a disabled veteran and your employees refused to do my order for 20min when I was a drive thru order
