0Stars I stood at that window for over 10 minutes.There were four employees Inside They all looked at me at least three times and continued on with their business. No one acknowledged me at all. I got more frustrated when someone from a different race came to the window.They immediately walked over to the window and opened it. And I was standing right there. She opened the window and said can I help you? The other woman looked at me and was like she was your first and I said, you know what? Never mind I'll go somewhere else.... read more

I recently worked at Dutch Bros, and I have to say, this location left me very disappointed. The staff showed no sense of urgency, and the system was terrible.

My wife and I love Dutch Bros. We go nearly every Monday morning for a could code on the way to work. The staff at the location we go to are friendly and greet us warmly with a smile. They engage us at the window while we wait, so if chatting is your thing, they have you covered. I'm not a coffee snob. It's not my go-to drink, but I really like my Golden Eagle, hot, on Mondays and look forward to it.
