normally enjoy Dutch Bros for its fun energy and good drinks, but today’s visit left me frustrated. I asked for a simple customization — just a change from the standard recipe — and was told by the barista they couldn’t do it per policy. I love this Dutch bros!! I did not know what to get, but one of the drive through workers mentioned the strawberry / grapefruit energy mix and wow she could not have recommended anything better. Not to mention how sweet and welcoming they were considering all the questions I was asking.
Always a good experience!
