Anna helped me so much from right when I pulled up the atmosphere was amazing customer service on point. Talked about Dutch Bros and there rewards with me after I told them I am a first time customer. I love going through this specific dutch bros in the morning! All the workers are so peppy and happy even at 7 am. Love the little chit chat and good vibes to start the day.
I have had a great experience every time I’ve visited this location… But this morning, Wednesday October 15, I was having an exceptionally bad morning and both employees that I interacted with were so sweet and positive and really brightened my day. So I want to specifically compliment the employee who was taking orders and wearing floral print pants… And the young man who made my drink and took my payment. I wish I had gotten their names. Thank you for being a little sprinkle of cheer.
