So I will start this out by saying that I’m hoping this isn’t due to staff negligence because the staff are always the sweetest, friendliest employees I’ve ever met in coffee shops. However, I don’t understand why every single coffee/chai drink I get taste like straight milk. For example today, I ordered the iced banana bread latte and I added four shots of espresso and then added some additional syrups as well because I have experienced this in the past with DB’s chai lattes. First time going to a Dutch Bros. The girl that took my order was very nice and gave me a recommendation on what coffee to get and I was not disappointed
Was excited to try this location drove in the drive thru and was completely ignored for a good five mins I drive by the window and the workers are just standing there giggling. Just plain rude and lazy.
Clay was so nice and helpful! Definitely a great first time experience 10/10 recommend!
The young lady taking our order was very pleasant. Our server was very courteous and efficient at preparing our order.
