I stop by this location at least 5 times a week on the way to work! There are other locations that I could patronize, but I go to this location specifically because the entire crew are so very friendly and efficient! The manager has hired and trained a great group of people! The drinks are always correct and delicious! I wish all their locations were as good as this one!
This is absolutely the slowest Dutch in existence. 5 cars in front of me and already at a 30 min wait. Love Dutch but this is ridiculous. Been to dozens of locations across multiple states, and never seen anything like this.
Worst service. Never again. Ordered online and said it would be ready by 9:32. It is currently 9:56 and I am still waiting in line. Greeter lady refused to bring my drink out and said we had to wait in the line with everyone else. Awful. Save yourself and go somewhere your time is respected.
Consistent, this is what I look for in my coffee and the Dutch delivers just about every time. The line is the only down side. Great energy from the workers, so the training they are getting is positive.
