Im from Chicago and could not wait to try Dutch Bros and it did not disappoint!!! Bought 4 different drinks to try and the whole family loved them.
Change in staff is greatly affecting speed and friendliness. I hope the previous staff moved on to bigger and better things and was not removed by management. Growing pains with this new team.
I ordered a black iced tea and it was so weak. It didnt even taste like tea at all. Employees were very friendly. I tried to leave a review at the link below but I do not have my order number and it will not submit.
