who doesnt love dutch bros
This is usually my go to spot. However, don’t appreciate when you are waiting 30+ minutes for 2 drinks while multiple people with multiple drinks who ordered behind you receive theirs first…. They need a better system….
We didn’t get to look at the menu at all before or during ordering. When I commented about this to the employees they weren’t too concerned. We’ve only been here a couple times so we don’t have their menu memorized. Why would we be required to order without knowing what’s on the menu? Why don’t the folks that stand in the drive thru line to take your order have a copy of the menu to show you? I guess toy should only go here if you already know what you want.
I was on hold for 10 MINUTES waiting to speak with someone at headquarters before it said their hours. They were CLOSED 🙄🙄🙄
