Today specifically at 9:10-9:30 they absolutely are horrible at time management. The girl at the walk up window should never be there she wasn’t even taking peoples orders. STOP PRIORITIZING MOBLE ORDERS TO THE POINT IT TAKE 15 MINUTES TO MAKE TO MEDIUM COFFEES THAT TAKE 30secs TO MAKE. LITERALLY EVERYONE THERE TODAY 11/20 Thursday November 2025 from 9:10-9:30 NEEDS TO BE RETAINED BECAUSE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE
Always friendly staff
The line was not very long (maybe 5 people) and it took them longer than 15 min. They told me the hold up was because they couldn’t find the sugar. I was in line for 30min with 5 cars in from of me. I was late to work
Hi so I just went to this Dutch bros and walked up to the window and one of the workers came up to me after I was already waiting for a bit and she said they’d be right with me, so I waited a little longer expecting to be helped soon, but I got no help so I left. I just felt like I wasn’t being prioritized at all. The drinks are good but the service could be improved.
