Very disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros. I ordered a hot coffee, but they gave me a cold coffee instead. I had to wait again for them to remake it, which was frustrating. Even after the wait, the replacement coffee wasn’t good at all. Honestly, I’ve had much better coffee from a 7-Eleven store. I’m surprised so many people recommend this place because my experience was far below expectations. I hope they improve their order accuracy and coffee quality.
