They seem to never be able to get our drink orders correct. Otherwise, great vibe.
I went during my lunch thinking it would be a quick stop, but boy was I wrong when I got there I waited 10 minutes for somebody to come out and take anybody’s order then they proceeded to take another 30 minutes to get anybodies drink out mind you there was only 4 cars in front of me so what I’m really confused abt is how long does it take these Dutch employees to make 1 coffee because rn there at like 6 min PER DRINK…. This is very unacceptable and inconvenient especially when you advertise a “fast-paced environment”
I do not have a Dutch Bros in Omaha. Every time I'm near one, I deplete my bank account.
