I decided to stop by at this location before heading into work, the young lady with pink hair at the window was very rude. I never experienced this type of behavior from any Dutch Bros employee, she needs to be retrained on customer service especially if she is greeting customers with their drinks/food items.
Why can't I ever get my order made correctly at this location? I ordered a medium carburetor freeze made with coconut milk, still want the soft top, and I get handed a small, no soft top. Sorry, I ordered a medium... so then 5 minutes later, I get handed a medium that looks to be correct... only to take 2 sips and realize they gave me dairy. No coconut milk.
