The start of my day was amazing. Forgot to get the young lady name but she was amazing. I asked for oat milk in my latte she then asked would I like the cold foam that comes on top then immediately explaining that it has dairy in it. I then told her the cold foam was fine no dairy allergies I just like the oat milk taste in my latte. Immediately leading with care and concern 😇. Love that as a customer. Thank you 🤗
