Disappointed today Dutch very
They hired a new guy to watch the line and he is insufferable, he stands in front of your car when you already can't even see the bumper in front of you and hand waves to go forward even more while still being right in front of my vehicle. No! I think we all understand there can be more than one inch between all of us and another car still isn't getting into the line. Was tuned away as some security guy told us only so many cars can wait in line at a time, so took our 2 carloads of 8 orders to Starbucks. Saw 5 other cars turned away in the time it took us to turn our cars around. Wild to me they are willing to turn away ~15 orders/customers in matter of 5 minutes just because there were already maybe 8 cars in line. Would have been happy to wait in the line…but in the end thankful Starbucks doesn’t turn $ away.
I live about 2 minutes from here and go here probably more than I should. And I should probably start learning the staffs names but everyone is great. Whoever was outside at 9 am on 03/07 taking my order was the sweetest. Everyone is always so friendly and great. I do always enjoy seeing the Dutch girls in the morning and saying hi. My drinks are always 100%!
