I enjoy Dutch bros a lot but lately this location has been slowly getting worst. Everytime I place an online order I still have to wait a long time. The staff close the walk up window and blatantly ignore you standing there forcing you to wait the absurdly long drive thru line to still not have the online order ready by the time you get to the drive thru window.
I LOVE Dutch Bros! I usually go to the Murfreesboro location, but today I stopped by the Madison one and had to give Aj and Kaitlyn their flowers. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru and I won’t lie, I was getting a little frustrated at first. But when I looked inside and saw it was just those two running everything taking orders and handing out drinks on both sides I understood real quick. My friends and I came thru at 9:30. We were told they are not selling any coffee at a coffee location. That they had shut down the coffee machines early so they could start closing. They are not suppose to close till 10 so it’s very disappointing and unprofessional that they close before posted time. If you close down early please change your posted hours so people don’t waste their time coming to this location.
Absolutely love the Madison Dutch Bros. The people are always so upbeat and sweet.
Nikki was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Her customer service was phenomenal, she made the drink absolutely so amazing with extra love and care, she was literally the sweetest ever!!!! I would come back just to see her and for her amazing skills♥️ WE LOVE YOU NIKKI OUR QUEEN
