I’ve never had customer service like this ever. Not even at other Dutch Bros. You’d think at 5:30 in the morning these people would be zombies nope they were fast boy! But they were so sweet and kind. The girl who took my order was so sweet and there was a funny dude that handed me my drink and gave me free keychain. You guys made my day thank you!
It was okay, it wasn't like wow but it was okay definitely need to try beverages as well
The service was pleasant. I had a great experience there talking with the Marissa as I always do. This is the first time I visit this Dutch Bros and the next time I’m in the area I will visit it again.
used to come here all the time a few years ago, started coming back to get drinks on my lunch break on occasion and every single time without fail, it has taken 10-35 minutes for my drink. even if i mobile order from work and wait 15 minutes before getting in line, i still have to wait 10-20 minutes before receiving my single iced rebel. i guess its from them understaffing the noon crew but the wait is ridiculous, the drinks aren’t the same anymore, and they are just playing around and talking in there. i get they are only p... read more
