The drinks are always 10/10 but This location has horrible customer service employees always have an attitude…..
Arrived with two cars in line, more then arrived. The lady then took three new cars orders before me. Plus, when they took my order they asked if I wanted soft top or whip cream and I got neither when I recieved my drink.
Update****2/20/26 Went by location and spoke with manager and she was super nice and also confused why service was not meeting expectations. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you for understanding that the value of the product should not be altered. ***Went to buy coffee, was very disappointed did not fill out my cup with coffee half of it was whipped cream and called it a day. I guess there competing with Starbucks and decided to follow their habits. Try to call but could not get no one, ONLY goes to direct headquarters.... read more
