Letting the beggars stand outside your shop is NOT a good look. Pretty soon the people with laminated cards will be there too. Stop it now or it'll be a disgusting look for your store.
Your assistant manger ( Ashlee/ Shlee ) was completely rude and not professional when I was at the window ordering. Many times has she been short and impolite to me and my friends. I specifically do not come to Dutch when she’s working. She also tends to make my drinks wrong after asking multiple times if it could be corrected. She takes it back and gives me the same drink. I feel as though she never hears what we are trying to say or order.
