My whole family loves Dutch Bros. It is regularly factored into our budget. While the service is amazing in person (greeting, handing drinks ect.) and the taste is great, we have noticed a problem with not labeling drinks. (Klamath Falls, OR - Campus Dr. location). All the cups and lids are the same, so when we pick up a mobile order and get handed the drinks, we don't know which is which. We have food allergies in our house, and this could be very dangerous!
