Huuuuge fan of Dutch Bros! Always have been, always will be. But today was extra special! My family and I were out today for the Make Burleson Beautiful service project and Carson came out and offered us ice cold waters and talked with my kids and was just SO sweet! After we finished the service project, we went drive through to get our almost-daily Rebels, and everyone was just very appreciative and nice! DB Burleson, your employees are TOP NOTCH!!! We love them!
Got pumpkin caramel coffee and i dont like pumpkin. It was great!! Service was awesome as well!
This location is unfortunately a miss more times than it is a hit. I have been avoiding this stand for the most part because I am tired of paying $7 for a cup of cold milk. Not sure if there is an issue with the espresso machines and they’re pulling short shots or what, but a medium or large essentially has 0 coffee/espresso flavor. Yall need to get your people some help. The last 3 times I’ve been here it takes 10 minutes between orders. There Are way too many options in burleson.pay better or something if you have a high turnover rate. It’s you. Not them. Or if you need better management let me know. I’ll go fix it but my fav coffee place is about to no longer be my coffee place. I’m now officially late trapped in this lane.
