Been going to Dutch bros for years across several states and always enjoyed it over other places because of the service and how friendly people are. I consider San Antonio to be an overly friendly place but this location has some of the rudest employees you could ever find. Inconsiderate, always in a bad mood, rush you, serve flattened warm muffin tops, look at you wrong for just waiting patiently outside the window. Anytime I come here the service is absolutely incredible! From the music to the way you are greeted. To the little notes they leave on the top . This is my go to location always!
They are so great. I have some employees who know me by my name and know what I like when I go early in the morning and what I like when I go in the evening.
The staff were very helpful. When I told him it was my first time they gave me my drink for free and it was delicious
