I frequently pick up coffee for my sister at this location and on Saturday 11/1 I went like usual to pick up her pre order and I had to stand for 40 ish minutes after being told I was checked in. I watched many people come in go, watched the weather change, all to find out we ordered at the wrong location but I was never told so. So I'm not sure who was checked in but it wasn't us... I would've saved 30 minutes by fixing the mistake right away if I would've been told the order wasn't found because that has happened before...... read more
My daughter placed an order on Sunday 11/2/25 for pick up at 10:28 . When we arrive there is a line of more than 20 people. She goes up to the window they tell her it will be ready in a few minutes. We waited ,it is now 11:00 we ask for a refund, the guy said , “go online for refund” which you cannot do. Now I am upset I go the window and ask for the manager his name is Robles. The girl taking orders in the line forgot the order of cars, the guy in the window was just talking instead of helping making the drinks, we were in this line for 10 minutes and we ordered on the app and by the time we got to the front our drinks were so watered down and not enjoyable was no sense of urgency when the line was wrapping around the building. I will be going to the Richmond one next time
this happens every sunday. no matter how soon i order. i mobile order my drink when i am at home. it said my drink will be ready by 9:24. it’s currently 9:45 and my drink is still not ready. this is the 3rd time this has happened which is why i am writing a review. the drive line should not be here and gone when i ordered my drink before them.
I genuinely just do not understand how it's acceptable to have people wait an hour for coffee. I used to LOVE getting coffee from here but my last two trips have been so awful I just can't come back here again.
