When I first discovered this DB was nearby, I thought I would get the same great service that I’d received at other locations. Although there have been a few times that my order has been correct. There have now been more bad experiences than pleasant ones. Ranging from getting my drinks incorrect to getting sticky wet cups, even when it’s slow. I don’t know, if it’s new staff and that’s the reason.
Not sure if the barista with the green hair is a mind reader, but I despise coming to Dutch bros with my wife because the coffee is usually just milk. Not today! Perfect milk to espresso ratio, perfect temp , perfect drink. Felt like Anton from ratatouille when i took my first sip.
I love Dutch brothers and my order is the same very time but this location was slow (busy, so I can understand) but the golden eagle is awful! I’ve never had a bad coffee from DB and I’m super disappointed
The only Dutch Bros I go to. Love the entire crew. They know me, and I know them. Keep up the great customer service
