Long lines, but otherwise Great coffee ☕️
Drinks are good but the wait is ridiculous. Not coming back to this location if I have to wait 30+ minutes for a drink. And I hate that they have an automated response to all these complaints. An actual manager or person doesn’t even look at what people have to say.
We have been to this location numerous times now, and the time it takes to get through the line is really, unacceptable. I timed our visit earlier, and it was nearly 33 Minutes ( 32:32.28 ) - Yes I timed it. For whatever reason, it takes 2 people to take out the trash. The employees want to chat it up with everyone in line and amongst themselves, vs working together to get orders out as quickly as possible.
