I've been going to this dutch bros pretty religiously since it opened and I'm surprised at some of the poor reviews on here because I've never had a horrible experience. My drink is made perfectly everytime. The wait times vary depending on what's going on that day so that's to be expected. These people are humans, not perfectly calibrated robots. Be careful. This is a Large with no Ice (not a cold pour) .. haha they only fill it up half way. And it was $5 still.
Blonde chick working today at the counter 9/20/25 5:37pm - 5:40pm with possibly a pink or red shirt on or red highlights in hair whose attitude is unprofessional and condescending she WILL argue with you shes forgotten customer service skills include customers always "right" even when wrong meaning DONT ARGUE JUST DO YOUR JOB!
