Dutch Bros staff are the best!! Drinks are so good!! When I ask for a ridiculous amount of caramel, they do not disappoint! Thank you!
I guess Dutch no longer gives you your app order drinks in line but makes you wait to get to the window. Noticed this at the S Valley location. The only benefit of Dutch was the short wait for App orders. If the business model is the same for app orders as Dunkin I’d rather pay Dunkin prices and go there.
This is the worst Dutch Bros I have ever ordered from. I have visited several Dutch Bros across the country and this one here is the slowest and rudest I’ve been too. There is no sense of urgency to make drinks. There’s 4 people inside. 3 of them doing nothing and a line around the building with multiple people waiting. In any other city you get your drink within 5-10 minutes. At this location you are told you will get it when it’s ready. Owner needs to get them trained or think about doing something else.
