I’m just writing this so you can see. They are selling hot milk. Perfect Right before a 13 hr night shift. They are super inconsistent with quality but my husband picks here instead of Starbucks . Can someone please make sure that the drinks actually contain coffee it’s so depressing for me. I know it’s kids working and they try their best but can we get an adult or someone who pays attention to what is being done -sincerely my 13 hr shift &rotating schedule IM DYEN HEA
I waited over 20 minutes for my 3 medium coffees. This is by far the worst service at a Dutch Bros I have ever experienced.
The service is drive through, mostly hot and cold drinks. I haven't tried their food options, but their drinks are worth the wait, which can be a few minutes just because of how busy they are. The staff is very friendly, yet still efficient. They have many decaf and sugar free options.
Employees are so happy and nice. The Golden Eagle is my go to. But like the other person said, way too much ice, esp. For the price we pay!!!!! I've never had a bad experience w the workers here. I enjoy going here......
