I have been one of Dutch bros fans since they opened here, but I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience. I mobile ordered a medium drink, and when I pulled up i was given a small. Things happen I understand so i politely asked if this was suppose to be a medium, the lady at the window looked and apologized and handed it to the bar. I’ve been going to this Dutch Bros since I was in high school. It is easily my favorite Dutch Bros. The atmosphere of the employees is always top-tier. They have great customer service skills and are very polite.
The coffee is predictably yummy. The service staff are friendly, even at 5am. The atmosphere? Well, it's a drive through, so the atmosphere is the inside of my car.
The workers are very nice and polite, made my little time there feel welcome.
