I’ve gone to other Dutch bros and the one off of beach street is the best. The employees and customer service is amazing. I’m a repeat customer and they know who I am and what I want. You might not have a smile on your face when you get there but you will definitely leave with one. The employees are amazing. 5+ stars
Went to Dutch Bros today and Danny was amazing!! She always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. I pass 2 Dutch Bros to come to the Beach location because I know my coffee will be good and the service will be A1. Thank you Danny for making my mornings a little brighter.
This is the worse dutch bros ive ever been to. From time to time i have to go work over off beach st and when i do i dont even bother trying to get a coffee from this place. the wait is always 15-20 mins for a coffee regardless if theres a two car line or 15 cars in the line I get it you want to have a relationship with your guest but its a coffee shop most people who are grabbing a coffee are people on their way to work. I came by today to get my bumper magnet and they were SLAMMED! I had to wait a long time for my drink but I will say that was expected judging by the crazy line they had I've never seen them so busy. Got the peppermint mocha and a magnet for free. The girl with the braid pigtails and the big baggy shorts was very nice I didn't ask for her name but she was great!
They always messed up my orders. Never fails!!
