Went to get a drink and pulled through the outside lane like the signs say to reduce the line but the employees skipped over us 3 times while they only took orders from the inside lane, we left because there are other places who will actually follow the line.
Bad service. Sat in line for 20 minutes for a plain black coffee. The girl that took my order was slow moving and barley spoke out. Couldn't hear her. The wait time made me miss an appointment. I will never visit any of the establishment.
Positive note, the coffee is good. Negative note, there is no moving with purpose in the morning with the staff. Only visit if you have extra time in the morning.
I Went yesterday before work and waited 15 minutes in line for 1 drink and I was only the 4th car in line. I dont understand why this location is extremely slow. If you are short staff then don't have 2 ppl outside, taking orders. The coffee is always on point but im trying to be at work on-time and 15 minutes for a coffee is crazy.
