Jacob is an awesome broista. He remembered who I was and let me know about an upcoming sticker day. He always has a positive attitude and seems to always be in high spirits.
bri was very welcoming! great energy and loved her spirit! truly a welcoming person, she complimented me and helped me make my drink and i appreciate it! shout out briii you rock!!
Shout out to Bre for accommodating me in all the ways. I appreciate you so very much for that & not making me feel weird for not knowing how to order. lol Great customer service keep up the good work☺
I arrived at Dutch Bros at 10:25 P.M. and tried ordering. But when I got to the window, the guy just looked at me and basically gave me a face like go home and wouldn’t open up the window and had all the lights off inside. How is this professional 40 minutes till close? My daughter and her friends and myself were extremely disappointed. That’s not how you should conduct business. If you close at 11 stay open till 11.
